Dear Family,
This blog is for you.
It's been so exciting to be a part of what God is doing at Immanuel. We are together becoming all God created us to be. What an exciting thing--to be children of God, the tools of God's work, blessed by God, and headed to glory to be with Him.
It's all about a journey. We are on a trip together. We are all becoming as we make our way, day by day, along this path that God has set before us. The walk is often exciting, sometimes frightening, at times confusing. I am so proud that God has placed me on this journey with you. It's good to not be alone, and there is no one I'd rather be traveling with than you. We are becoming together.
Here I will post--most every morning--what God is doing in my heart as I continue to become. Forgive me for transparanency. I fear that you will learn that I have few answers and much room for growth in my own pursuit of the King and His Kingdom. My prayer, however, is that these driblings will enable us to better become as the Immanuel Family.
Thanks for being such a wonderful congregation. You have no idea how gracious God was in allowing me to be your pastor. I love you all.
